The Vandoren V16 Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece is inspired by the legendary sounds of jazz saxophonists from the 1950s onward. Designed with versatility and tonal depth in mind, the V16 series offers five facing options to match your playing style and preferred resistance. Players can also choose between two chamber types — Medium (M) and Small (S+) — to further customise their sound.
The Medium chamber (M) provides a warm, expressive tone ideal for ensemble or section playing. The Small (S+) chamber enhances projection and depth, offering a richer core sound while remaining free-blowing and flexible. Whether you're after classic jazz warmth or modern edge, the V16 mouthpiece delivers consistency, clarity, and the freedom to shape your tone.

Facing Differences
