In Search Of Ecstasy Alto (or Tenor) Saxophone/piano

This work was written at the request of a young saxophonist who wanted a flamboyant solo piece of moderate difficulty which would fit the popular conception of the saxophone’s particular sound. It shows the influence of popular musical styles, particularly the incessant beat of techno music.
