Written entirely in 4/4 and using a single tempo throughout, Richard hascreated a marvelous work for young players that features logical pacing and variety along with a keen sense of rhythmic momentum. Using a recur ring interlude for percussion and bluesy elements in the melody, this iseffective as a concert piece and also just plain fun to play!
