Fingerport - a left hand support for flute players

The Fingerport (sometimes also referred to as the Pinkieport) is a valuable tool for flautists looking to achieve a higher degree of comfort and support for their left hand while playing their instrument.

The Fingerport can either be used as a support rest for the left hand index finger OR, for flutes with an in-line G, can also be used as a support for the left hand pinkie finger.

If used for the index finger, the Fingerport can be clipped onto the flute two ways (as pictured). For flutes with the C# trill, only one configuration will work but this is easily managed. The Fingerport should sit where the player can feel the large flat surface against the index finger (as pictured).
