The B&S Challenger X-Line C Trumpet is designed for exceptional versatility, ideal for orchestra, chamber music, or big band use. Featuring a large 11.73mm (0.462") L-bore and two bells—a gold brass bell and a yellow brass bell with a French bead wire—this trumpet offers a warm, orchestral sound and vibrant tonal flexibility. The reversed leadpipe and large bore valve section ensure rapid response. Equipped with monel pistons, boxed springs, and a hand-hammered one-piece bell, it delivers optimal playability. Additional features include a 1st valve trigger, waterkeys, and a silver-plated finish. Comes with a double wood case for secure storage.
