ITS THE TALK OF THE TOWN FOR ALTO SAX/STRINGS/RHYTHM SC/PTS

For Jim Snidero's CD album Strings, the original scores of all recorded pieces are now appearing for the first time in a version authorized by Snidero: Snidero's three-part River Suite reflects moods on the Hudson River. The alto saxophonist showcases his virtuosity on Theme for Ernie and It's The Talk Of The Town in the service of two well-known jazz ballads. The three atmospheric original compositions Ventura, Slipping Away and Forever Gone illuminate further tonal facets of jazz with strings.
