The AZUMI AZZ3RBE silver flute comes with an ALTUS Z-Cut Sterling silver (925) headjoint and body. The french pointed key-arms are giving an increased stability to the mechanism. Open holes allow numerous additional handles and effects like glissando, multiphonics and microtones. The flute is pitched in 442 Hz and has an offset G and has a B-foot joint.

2. Thorough visual check for any plating or lacquer defects.
   
3. All pads checked for quality.
   
4. Test all pad seatings & key adjustments using a leak-light and feeler gauge.
   
5. All key corks and felts checked, adjusted to set vent heights.
   
6. Regulate and adjust keywork as required.
   
7. All spring tensions checked and adjusted to create a balanced feel across the instrument.
   
8. Test final pad seal with a Magnehelic air pressure test.
   
9. Check foot and head joint tenons for correct fit.
   
10. Check foot tenon for burrs.
    
11. Play test from top to bottom.
    
12. Case inspected for quality, instrument fit and accessories.
    
13. Instrument cleaned and carefully repacked.
