We offer free servicing on selected instruments purchased via our web site.
  Your instrument must be booked in with our workshop, prior to the 1st anniversary of ownership.
(Late lodgements will not be accepted under any circumstances)

*You are responsible for all shipping / insurance fees to get the instrument to Ozwinds. 
We will cover all charges associated with returning the instrument back to you.

Exclusions:

  Damage caused by abuse, intentional or otherwise.

  Repair of finish (beyond manufacturer’s warranty)

  Body parts that are lost or damaged beyond repair (including but not limited to mouthpieces, barrels, head  joints, body joints, end plugs, end caps, etc.)

  Case replacement, coverings and zippers

  All work must be performed by Oz Winds (Melbourne Brass and Woodwind) , any unauthorised work will not be reimbursed and may cause plan to be terminated.
