We offer our free 12 month maintenance plan on selected new instruments purchased via our stores.  You can bring in your instrument as many times as you like within the first year for adjustments and alike. (This is not a offer of free annual servicing)

*You are responsible for all shipping / insurance fees to get the instrument to our store/s.

Exclusions:

  Damage caused by abuse, intentional or otherwise.

  Repair of finish (beyond manufacturer’s warranty)

  Body parts that are lost or damaged beyond repair (including but not limited to mouthpieces, barrels, head  joints, body joints, end plugs, end caps, etc.)

  Case replacement, coverings and zippers.
