It is accepted that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions:
All Prices are in Australian Dollars (by Default) including G.S.T. and also offers multiple currencies showing export sell prices, excluding GST (Australian, Goods & Services  Tax) for non Australian Residents.

Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase is quite simple. Just create an account by registering, then just browse our catalog, and click on Add to cart to add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished browsing, click Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Payment Options:
We accept credit cards, Visa, Master Card and American Express.
We also accept payment via PayPal, direct deposit, funds transfer, bank cheque or money order.

Credit Card Payments and Security:
The security of your personal details, particularly those relating to your credit card, is imperative to our professional operation. We adhere to strict rules relating to the use and storage of credit card details.
We do not charge a surcharge for credit cards at this time, as of 21st October 2015.

All credit card details are encrypted when the order is placed using the latest 256-bit encryption.

Returns Policy:
Return of the products is subject to a number of requirements:
You can purchase items from Ozwinds Melbourne Brass with confidence because every item we sell comes with our highest recommendation. If you are not completely satisfied or the item isn’t what you expected, just return it to us within 10 days along with sales receipt.

*We do offer a 7 day satisfaction period as of the day the item is received.

The product must be in new condition and with its original packaging. (* Opened boxes of reeds are not returnable) Please note that instruments or mouthpieces which were originally sent on a trial basis are not returnable after the trial period.

All returns must be accompanied by a completed Return Authority Form;
This will be provided by us to authorise a return.
Goods being returned remain your property and responsibility until received by us. Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt by our warehouse. You will be responsible for shipping the unwanted items back to us and are liable for all freight charges. Any returns that are received outside of these terms will not be accepted. Details of where to send your item will be provided. Please do not send items direct to us without an Return Authority Form, as we are simply not able to accept them! If we have shipped a item or items in error (incorrect item/s supplied, Ozwinds Brass and Woodwind will pay for return costs, and resend corrected items at our expense.

Cancelling An Order:
Order cancellations can be made by telephone and e-mail until the order has shipped. However, we operate a very quick turnaround business. Most orders are shipped on the same day. Once the order has shipped, our normal returns policy (above) will apply for cancellation purposes.

Changes To Specifications:
Manufacturers may change the specifications of their products without notice. Whilst we will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the product specifications, this is not always possible.

Statutory Rights:
These terms and condition do not affect your statutory rights. If any single term or part thereof is found to be illegal, all other terms remain applicable.
